Ms. Dishmon’s practice includes the general representation of clients ranging from emerging entities to established private and public companies. She has provided general business representation of clients ranging from emerging entities to established private and public companies. She renders advice and counseling in the areas of entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment law, securities, financing, intellectual property, taxation and public finance. Ms. Dishmon’s experience includes the drafting and review of business formation documents, stock option plans, commercial agreements, transactional closing documents, debt and equity offering documents, securities filings, stock/asset purchase agreements, employment agreements, license agreements and loan documentation.
